A trust is basically a three part structure consisting of a Settlor who establishes the trust, Trustees who maintain it, and named Beneficiaries who enjoy it.

Put simply the Trustees have legal ownership of the property while the Beneficiaries have its beneficial use.

On completion of this form we will organise a time for you to come to our offices so that you can have your Trust Deed executed and filed in our Deeds and a gifting programme (if necessary) established.
